These functionalities allow you to browse the model information of ZEEKR.
Car Control
These functionalities allow you to lock/unlock the vehicle remotely through the App, check the car status, tire pressure, open/close the trunk of the vehicle, start air conditioner, etc.
Map
These functionalities allow you to check the map, check car location, plan and navigate to your destination, receive last mile navigation notification from car, set and turn on/off Geo-fencing, check journey log.
Remote Charge
These functionalities allow you to check the status of charging, start/stop charging and discharging, set scheduled charging.
User Center
These functionalities allow you to edit and update your profile name, profile photo, introduction.
Setting
These functionalities allow you register account, log in/out, check account info, , switch country/language, make settings of APP notification and permission.

Баги в приложении
Нужно произвести оптимизацию блока телематик. Периодически вылетает из CarPlay, в приложении перестали приходить с общения от машины, так же не обновляется остаточный процент заряда в авто. Не передаются команды с приложения в авто о включении печки, обогревов руля и сидения. Пишет нет сообщения что команда выполнена.
App needs to be fixed.
Just one iPhone out of four was connected to car as a digital key. Please fix the application.
Why is the European version so terrible?
I’m from Kazakhstan, Almaty.
1.The car won’t start without a key (the digital key is not connected).
2.OTA is also unavailable.
3.There’s no account in the car itself either.
This is a core issue.
Please address this problem.
