Description
交工检测app使用场景：
1、针对交通工程的数据化管理，使用人员多为现场检测人员；
2、配合PC端的系统交通工程，根据签订的合同，设定模板、分配现场任务；
2、检测人员根据app的任务单到现场采集验收数据，提交后走审核流程；
3、app可以在弱网或者没有网络的情况（如工程隧道里）预先下载好任务单，通过离线方式作业，等网络恢复再提交；
4、对合同，参数、项目等可以进行查询；
5、解决现有模式，网络不佳的情况下，只能纸上记录数据，后期还需再录入系统的问题。
