Description

Integra Planner Schedule is a convenient way for festival and conference delegates to access the event schedule on their mobile devices. If you are attending an event organised using the Integra Planner system, your event organisers will encourage you to install this app to view their event schedule.

All users can
- view the public event schedule and detailed program information
- view venue details
- view performer and presenter information
- get urgent announcements from the event organisers via push notifications
- fill in event feedback forms

If you log in as a registered delegate, you can also
- view additional non-public schedule information for events you are involved with, such as rehearsals
- mark your favourite events, performers and songs
- view your personal schedule based on the events you marked as favourites
- make your own notes about events, performers and songs (which you can print later from the Integra web site)
- receive targeted messages for you or organisations you are in

The app is designed for offline and online use.
- Once you have downloaded the schedule, you can view it offline.
- You can make notes and favourites, and fill in feedback forms while offline, and your changes will be uploaded when you next sync while online.
