Liftlog is a tracking app made for people who just want to track their workouts as easily as they can.
Track a completion of a set with a single tap. Automatically set rest timers. Track failures accurately.

LiftLog aims to get out of your way while you do your workout, while giving you all the information you need. It includes optional automatic progressive overload for getting through those plateaus.

Need inspiration for a new plan? A short wizard will use the latest AI to generate you a new plan tailored specifically to your goals and experience.

Sports a modern material you theme, which will adapt to your device's colours, with included dark and light modes.
