Moods and Thoughts:

- We are introducing what we are calling “Mood Types”. At Moyo, we want to let our users organize their group of thoughts (mood) in the most efficient way possible, in this case, we are creating some ‘types’ that users can select when creating a new mood and after that, all the thoughts created related to that mood will have the ability to add some pre-defined ‘labels’ to manage thoughts that you identify has the same pattern.

To start with this initiative we are introducing the following mood types:

- Goal

From the classic ‘I am going to start a diet this year’ to ‘I am going to learn to play the guitar’, whatever you perceive as a goal in your life you can use this type to get the following labels when creating new thoughts related to it:

- Motivations (Why you want/are doing this)
- Excuses
- Learnings
- Accomplishments
- Habit

This would be anything that you do in a constant way, it could be a good or bad habit and you could use this to track all the details of a new habit you want to acquire or track all the details of a habit you want to stop, we are adding labels with the phases a habit has so you can organize yours:

- Cue (the trigger for an action)
- Craving (The connection with the reward the action has)
- Response (The action)
- Reward (All the satisfaction the action gives you)

Home View:

- The new filter button will allow to filter all the thoughts that belong to a mood with a type, so if the have a mood of type habit the user will be able to filter by Cue, Craving, etc.
