Description

If you travel a lot, it could be very useful to track the number of days you've spent in other countries for reasons like taxes, visas etc.
This app tracks the country you are currently in and visualises this information in a calendar view for the current year.
All visits of each country will be stored in a file per year on your device. Over the years you will find a file for each year on your device.
You can select one of those years and export the data in a text file (comma separated values) so that you can use it for further work in
a spreadsheet application.
Features:
- See the country you are currently in
- Get a list of countries you've visited in the current year with the number of days you've spent in each country
- See the countries you are visited in the current year colored in a world map
- Select a year and export the data to a CSV (comma separated value) file to a location of your choice
- In case a country will be detected while you are on a plane (altitude > 4000m and speed > 250 kph), it won't be stored
- You can visit multiple countries a day and you will see a flag for each country on that day in the calendar view
- Set your home country and let the app ignore it (if you like)
- See a chart of how many days you've spent on travel in which countries for the current year
- Take a closer look on a zoomable map, where all visited countries are highlighted
- Get the local currency compared to your home country currency
- See the offset to GMT at your current location
- Switch between visits in the current month and visits in the current year
- Use a widget to see the visits in the current month

What’s New

Version 17.0.21

You can find the countries you've visited in a json file on your device in the OnTravel folder. This file can be copied using the Files app on your iPhone to create a backup. In the menu you will now find an entry to import backup files back into the app.
On the main screen you can now toggle between all visits in the current year and all visits in the current month.
Also on the main screen you will now see a text that shows you the current timezone offset from GMT.
