このアプリは、毎日の仕事の計画と作業実績を管理し、その作業計画・実績を会社または、同僚に効率よく報告できます。


最初に、プロジェクトごとにタスクが作成されます。
タスクは、レベル1、レベル2、レベル3にレベル分けされ、タスクにはプライオリティーがあり、そのタスク・オーナーがいます。あなたがタスク・オーナーになります。

タスクはレベルごとにタスクナンバーをアサインします。さらに、タスク名、開始予定日、終了予定日、予定期間を記入します。

さらにタスクが進捗した場合に、進捗率、実開始日、実終了日、実期間を記入します。進捗状況は、「スケジュール前倒し」、「スケジュール予定通り」、「スケジュールが遅れ」、「かなり遅れ」、「支援必要」、または、「救援チーム要請」、との状況が変わり次第、その詳細な内容を記述いたします。

各タスクが進捗すると3つのリスト・ビューを見ることができます。
最初のビューは、「本日のタスクのリスト」です。
2つ目のビューは、「注意警報のリスト」になります。すなわち、状況が「遅れている」、「かなり遅れてる」、「支援が必要」、「救援チームの要請」の場合にリストされます。
3つ目のビューは、全てのタスクをプロジェクト毎、タスクナンバー毎に表示されます。
最後に、期間に応じてWBSの全てのタスクをレポートすることができます。レポートはiOSの標準機能である　メール、AirPlayなど「共有」を使うことができます。
ご注意ください。　レポートは、CSV Fileとして作成されます。　したがって、アルファベットのカンマは、アポストロフィに変換しています。また、テキスト内に改行キーが使えません。
作成されたCSV Fileをダウンロードして、Excel等のプロジェクト管理ツールに統合することもできます。

各リスト・ビュー表示では、「検索」が使えます。検索のキーワードは、「プロジェクトネーム」、「タスクネーム」、「状況」、「支援要求」に含まれるキーワードで検索することができます。

First, a task is created for each project.
Tasks are divided into level 1, level 2 and level 3, tasks have priority and have their task owner. You become the task owner.

Tasks are assigned task numbers for each level. In addition, enter the task name, scheduled start date, scheduled end date, and scheduled period.

If the task progresses further, enter the progress rate, actual start date, actual end date, and actual period.
As for the progress status, detailed contents will be provided as soon as the situation changes, such as “advance schedule”, “on schedule”, “schedule late”, “significant delay”, “need support”, or “request rescue team”. I will describe.

You can see three list views as each task progresses.
The first view is a list of today's tasks.
The second view is the "List of caution alerts". That is, it will be listed if the situation is "late," "very late," "needs assistance," or "a rescue team request."
The third view shows all tasks by project and task number.
Finally, you can report all WBS tasks according to time period. Reports can use "shared" such as email, AirPlay, etc., which are standard iOS functions.
Please be careful. Report is created as CSV File. Therefore, the commas in the alphabet are converted into apostrophes. Also, the line feed key cannot be used in the text.
You can also download the created CSV File and integrate it with a project management tool such as Excel.

You can use "Search" in each list view display. Search keywords can be searched using the keywords included in "project name", "task name", "status", and "support request".
