Please update the jawaker players when my partner in the competition left i have a big problem to continue with them.. ana i have a problem with the application it seems always blocked and i am gonna to close it many times to enter again, and plz fixed the complaints when i catched the cheaters in a fair way .. i love the jawaker game and hope to fix my problems

Help center (no one there to help)

Dears, you already know there is a lot of cheaters in clubs.
And i know you are always trying to catch them.
But what I don’t understand is, when i make a complaint with proofs for a dirty game and then i object after the organizer say the problem is fixed (when its not fixed), you always go with the final results and never look for my complaint or should i say you never reply with a positive answer.
Two times i complained about a club with evidence and proof for dirty games and you always act like i just lost the tokens.
Me and my friends are not enjoying games at all unless we are playing private games.
So honestly im disgusted playing with clubs since you never take into consideration our time spent on a dirty game with the lost of tokens that you never give back.
You say actions will be taken for wrong complaints, well what about correct complaints that i also lost time watching recordings to find proofs.
Please let me know what you think about this issue because i wont be playing on jawaker anymore if this will not be fixed directly with me.

Problem loading and closes some time for playing games

The game does not load and connect even though I am connected to the Internet. When I enter and it starts loading, it gives me a message that says "You are not connected to the Internet. Please try again. "
