What a mess!

The app failed to detect my new beosound 1 despite me following the instructions of BO on their website. I had to physically connect the device by wired connection, then it informed me that i had to update the firmware, i tried, the process failed for an "unknown error" at 90%. Weirdly it shows me that my product is up to date now. Fine. Then, while still wired, I tried to configure it to the network to be able to connect wirelessly by entering the network name and password the app tells me that the device will be ready to apply the changes "when the network status light stops flashing", however no light is flashing on the device and it is just stuck with the white solid light. If i unplug the ethernet cable it just flashes red which is a failure to connect wirelessly and the app freezes. Reset, try all over again. Same issues. Finally gave up on trying to connect wireless. But even when wired, the app just freezes and bugs when i try to configure anything on the device blank screens etc... how could a company like BO release such an unacceptable combo hardware-app. When i think of the money I paid to get the beosound 1... I hope they fix this very soon otherwise people are better off buying another product
