Bad application and customer support
Ive been using this app since 2019, i had some BTC in the account and unfortunately they asked me to verify my identity once again, after doing it it was rejected and its telling me “we couldn't verify your identity” so I DONT HAVE ACCESS to my funds. Customer support sent me a mail 1 month ago that they are figuring out a way and still nothing has happened.
Submitting a problem
Their is no place to submit a problem , and when you post a problem on their page , 1000 Scamer’s will be on your tales
