Shipping to Lebanon
Why dont you ship to Lebanon noting that there are many citizens interested to buy stuff from you
Bad service
I placed more than 10 orders over the last 18 months. Unfortunately at least 3 orders were not delivered and ended up canceling the order with a refund. However, in one of the orders from superstorebargainzone the supplier delivered the wrong items after 2 months delay. I then reported the case to the supplier who promised to resend the correct items and requested me to close the case in ebay to avoid penalties. I reported the same to ebay and closed the case then waited for several months (close to 8 months after several reminders and promises by the supplier to deliver but nothing happened. I then asked for full refund but the supplier whose answer was”sorry your order is out of date for exchange/refund, so there is nothing we can do “ I then then asked ebay’s intervention and support but they went totally silent.
I therefore don’t see the value of their customer protection as they did nothing to refund me back. So be careful when buying from ebay and especially from superstorebargainzone store .
