Avoid cettire

Try avoiding cettire as customer service is very bad and never respond in a proper manner. No calls only correspondence by email. I sent an email midweek then they reply on a weekend say that they dont operate on weekends. Worst i have dealt with ever. Also the issue is that i bought a shoe and it was delivered in a wrong size according to their size guide on their platform.
