Eden Team เป็นแอปพลิเคชั่นสำหรับติดตามสถานะการรับบริการจาก Eden student service เพียงติดต่อขอรับบริการกับ Eden และลงทะเบียนเข้าใช้ระบบ สามารถติตดามสถานะได้ทันที โดยผู้ลงทะเบียนไม่จำเป็นต้องรู้จักเจ้าหน้าที่หรือทราบว่าใครเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบดำเนินการให้ ก็สามารถติดตามสถานะได้ โดยระบบออกแบบมาให้ง่ายต่อการใช้งาน เพียงผู้ลงทะเบียนเข้าสู่ระบบ ระบบจะแสดง flow ขั้นตอนการบริการทั้งหมด พร้อมแสดงสถานะของแต่ละขั้นตอน ทั้งโดยการบรรยายเป็นข้อความและแสดงเฉดสี และหากต้องการติดต่อ Eden ระบบก็อำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ลงทะเบียนสามารถโทรศัพท์ประสานงานโดยตรงหรือติดต่อผ่านไลน์ได้
