Top expensive compared to other travel agencies
I have booked all my travels through your app since 3 years, I was about to book a travel when I realized I could get it cheaper through another website. There, I will no longer use you app blindly or even recommend you.
Now that I tried again to buy a ticket, I experienced following challenges:
I am not able to get transparent information regarding exact luggage weight I’m entitled to when ever I book ticket through the App. For instance, I just bought a ticket where I return to Beirut from Copenhagen on 5th of a January and the information regarding my luggage says 23 kilo, however, I got to know by coincidence that I’m entitled to 40 kilo on my return.
Also, I’m traveling via SAS on 14th of December from Beirut to Copenhagen but I was not able to buy luggage through the App. Buying luggage at the airport is more expensive than online, but I was not given this opportunity through the App. All in all it’s a headache and it costs me more to buy ticket via your App.

Bundle deal
My travel pocket!!
I hope that expedia would be able to update the app by providing its customers to select a bundle deal not necessarily the airport and the hotel for the same area.
For example if i want to stay in grenoble (France) but i would like to arrive at the Geneva airport (Swiss) using the bundle deal, its not yet possible. I hope they make it possible.
Horrible Call Center
Your app is amazing.. however I have called your call center several times when I was abroad (almost 3 times for the past 6 months) and let me tell you that you need to work on your call center for the following reasons:
1- it took me each time not less than 15 min (international call) to get things done. Once it took around 30 min;
2- in my last call, the center agent did not have clear English speaking which was very hard to understand what he was saying. Moreover, his solution was not logical at all! So 15 min were waisted of my time for nothing!
I wouldn’t have written this review if it was just a one time bad experience with the call center.. but I never had a pleasant one to be honest!
