Welcome to the GS online store!
We are excited to announce the launch of our newly designed online store. Fully optimized for iPhones, this app will provide you with the ultimate shopping experience including all the latest collections for men, women and children.
The app’s smooth and user friendly design will allow you to easily browse through all available items with a full product description, an international size grid and multiple pictures showcasing the item’s different colors, angles and details.

Additional features include:
• Store locator; that will assist you in finding the nearest store by providing directions and the fastest route.
• Barcode reader; that will provide you with full in store product details.
• Sharing feature; that will allow you to get the opinion of your friends.
• Loyalty program; that will let you keep track of accumulated points on your Rewards Card upon login/registration.
• Favorites section to save your must have items.
• GS Magazine section to browse through the latest editions of the seasonal magazine.

At checkout, payments can be carried out either through credit cards, or the GS online gift cards that can be found at any GS point of sale. Orders will be delivered anywhere in Lebanon within 1 to 3 business days.

Old App: Big Yes... New App: Major Fail!

Soon after HST co. introduced their all-new GS app, I went from being a super GS addict who literally would know the whole GS collection by heart thanks to their old app, to someone who cannot stand using the new app more than 30 seconds! I obviously never bought anything from GS since (or seen any of their new collections), especially that I had become more of an online shopper than a physical store shopper, all thanks to the old GS apps. I used to swear by HST’s marketing & customer service excellence and strategies, but this time when I tried to communicate my disappointment with the new app to the CS team, I felt even more disappointed. Everyone seemed so thrilled with the new app that they forgot the main important factor of success: USERS! The old app with a few needed enhancements would have kept HST co. in the lead of the online shopping game in Lebanon. But the new app just does not fly!
