Worst application ever

0 professionalism. I have been trying to contact them for 2 months and no one is answering me. I was a loyal customer and requested a manager to speak to me since I have many issues and still no one bothered to contact me. If an order is late even 2 hours and the driver is not answering you cannot complain or reach out to customer service until the order reaches. When the order reaches you cant call customer service, you have to enter a chat and type and wait for the response even if you are busy and you want to call and solve your problem on spot. Maximum they refund you, they don't call
You to apologize to assure you this will not happen again. Sometimes if I receive a wrong order or I receive my order after 2 hours, I don't want refund, I want my order on time.

1 star is too much for them !!!
they try to steal your money in every possible way, from the moment you place the order till the delivery
debit card verification fees that was supposed to be refunded and no refund done, 1st time order supposed to be without delivery fees then I was surprised that the delivery fee was added and the delivery man who was also making a lot of excuses that he doesn’t have change to return the amount of money that I was supposed to pay
