Hello!I give this a 4 stars just because the prices are equal,I could give this a 5 stars but I can’t because the first day I ordered they said in 5-7 days but maximum 10 days and today I tried asking how many days left and they said 20-45 days and maximum 60 days!It said also before when I ordered for lebanon 5-7 days maximum 10 days and for turkey and China is 20-45 days maximum 60 days!But in all cases I just need to wait!But for now it’s all good for me!! :D

Usually, we use a Standard shipping to deliver, which is 20-45 (depending on the product's origin)up to 5 days for local delivery.

ZoodMall is by far the easiest and fastest way of shopping from different countries in Lebanon, and pay for delivery cash upon receipt, no questions asked.

App UI is fairly easy to use, app is very easy to navigate, categories are well divided, always up to date, and order tracking is surely a plus.

While I’m still awaiting my four orders dating more than a month, customers can trust that expectation will hopefully be met.

Customer Support Team is Super friendly, fast, and accurate, especially when it comes to product tracking.

That said, some few notes/suggestions, from a longtime frequent online shopper, and from someone already working in kinda the same field.

- Wide range of chinese products is good, too much of the same product can be hectic to choose from. Would love to see curations.

- Chinese Products are obviously the same offered by a multinational very well known competitor, which is totally fine and great, since pay upon delivery option is a big plus at ZoodMall, but, for someone who shops online on weekly basis, on different platforms, prices can sometimes be way too high for chinese products on ZoodMall for the same product offered elsewhere, especially when wait time for product delivery is the same.

Overall, a happy user.

Feature suggestions:
- Customer Loyalty program.
- Dark Mode would be a game changer.
- Custom Orders for items not available.

The worst service i have ever used for one i ordered an item it arrived and i paid for it turns out the device was defective and wasnt working from the very beginning so i got in touch with zoodmall customer service which was extremely useless, they asked me to request a refund via email which i did, they responded with an email saying i should request a refund in the application which again i did (the device had only been with me for 2 days so in the acceptable refund date stated in their app) once i requested a refund they closed the refund window for the item and just forgot i ever requested a refund
Would not advise anyone to work with them and I, from my end am never ever doing it again.
now they will get reply to my review saying "were sorry you had a problem with your order please contact us to resolve it" and then just nothing happens (happened twice before)
