Zomato: Food Delivery & Dining 4+

It’s the number one app for everything related to restaurants. I’m depending on Zomato every time I want to find a place for dine in or delivery, check the ratings, reviews, the menu, location. If I’m craving for any dish I can just search for it and Zomato will display all the places serving it. I can even edit the filters and sort the places according to categories, kitchens, distance, cost, ratings ... Zomato also shows me nearby restaurants that I never heard of, or at any location I chose, they also announce offers and discounts for the restaurants and cafes. I can chat the help center if i encounter any problem with any order and they always solve the issue. I mostly use it for delivery and most of the restaurants have online ordering with online payment and cash on delivery. This app is very reliable and I can’t imagine myself without it.

On a Friday night I ordered food using zomato app and my order was supposed to be delivered by their delivery guy ( yes they have “useless” new updates). So I tracked my driver and it showed that he’s on the next street facing the building i’m in. I tried calling the delivery guy, but his number was weird starting by 00 and then the full number, the call won’t ring although i tried several times ( clicked on the call button next to the driver’s name). Few minutes later, i was kicked out of the tracking map and the order was considered arrived!!!!????
Apparently, some people in a car parked in the street facing ours took my order. Many questions arises here: why didn’t the delivery guy check the name!!! And the location of the house!! Did i say i ‘m waiting for my order in my car ?!? NO I DIDN’t So how in hell did you give my order to strange people after i’ve veen waiting a whole hour for it?!??!? Also, you’re lost with the location? Call me!!! You have my number!!!! This is unacceptable!! Second point, why does the phone number of the driver starts with double zeros and how should i know that i should remove the zeros when calling ?!?!? What is this system?! Like seriously, did you even try it before updating the app?!?
And what do you get after that, after not having dinner, you get a promising message that your feedback will be taken into consideration. Go play elsewhere!
