IDiskk n’est pas connecté

Bonjour
Svp j’avais copié tous mes fichiers sur IDiskk pro mais il y’a quelques jours quand je veux travailler avec ce IDiskk pro clé ça ne marche plus. Quand je me connecte sur un iPad ou un iPhone il écrit ( IDiskk n’est pas connecté) et quand je le mets dans mon PC il n’y a rien sur ça. Pourquoi ?

Problem on iPhone x

i used the application on iPhone 6s and it was working correctly but when the usb connected to iPhone x, it's now working and nothing happening.

My idisk was working well with iphone 5s when i connected the same usb to iphone x it didnot work
