Late order
I ordered from the app for the first time today. The order was supposed to be delivered 1.5 hours ago and i still have not received it. There is no possibility to actually track the order or even contact the driver designated to deliver. Not happy at all.

Great concept, terrible implementation. I have never received my items within the allotted time frame, but almost two hours after placing my orders, that is if my order is not cancelled by the shop. Stores will only notify you of a “short delay” an hour after you’ve placed your order, too. Complaints are never followed through, either. To add, most items are always out of stock and
replacement options are very limited (~3 items), without giving the purchaser a chance to look through other items. Not an application I would recommend given its lax concern for customer satisfaction.

Great app but please keep prices up to date!
I use it regularly and love the “substitute” option and the variety of stores. But prices aren’t always up to date, which means that on several occasions, the supermarket had to call and let me know the prices are different than posted. Great app overall but please update the prices so we know what to choose! Thanks :)
