They took money from my card twice without having a ride!
Very Bad application ! Once I requested a car and they gave me a 6 minutes away estimation. After paying online the driver was 14 minutes away! Since I was in a hurry, I canceled the request in less than 2 minutes and still I did not get a refund ! Although in their policy if some cancels in less than 2 minutes, he/she gets a refund !
Another time I requested a car they took the money from my card and did not send a car! They sent a notification that I had an internet issue and I could not track the money I paid to any ride or car on the app !
Very unprofessional ! I do not recommend using it unless paying cash
WHAT A BAD APPLICATION!!!
What a bad application!!!
I had an issue with a driver while going the airport, my fare was 85SAR and the driver put in 16SAR, reported it and also reported his bad driving and unwanted discussions…. And I get a 4SAR compensation!
How will i give the receipt of 16SAR to the company i work for and explain to them this problem?!!
What a bad application and an even worst costumer service!!!!

Cancellation fee
Very bad application and worst customer service, a driver accepted my trip and never came to my house , he kept cruising around and i get charged a cancellation fee. I opened 4 tickets for the issue and no one answered its been over 10 days.
