The app automatically recognises make and model of the device, provides a guided process to test all of the main features (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Camera, Touchscreen, Speakers, etc.) and offers you the best value for your phone which you can choose to accept or reject. A quick re-verification by the retail stores to complete the trade-in before issuing a voucher that can be redeemed at stores.
