A reliable delivery app
Noknok is the only grocery delivery app that will remain operational no matter what, especially during bad weather when all other competitors stop operating completely!
They also the fastest; they always deliver in 15 to 20 mins tops.
The only thing that can be improved is adding a bigger variety of products, but all the necessities are there!

Perfect app!
I ve been using another grocery delivery app until I decided to try nok nok today! I totally recommend it as the delivery was super fast and right on time as announced on the app’s ETA and the order is very accurate and the app is extremely user friendly! Hope it keeps going forward!
Driver stole my money
I had a really bad experience with NOKNOK. The driver delivered my order but didn’t give me back my $35 change. When I contacted customer support, I thought they’d help, but they just backed up the driver, saying he gave me the money, which wasn’t true.
What made it worse was how rude and stubborn they were about it, like my complaint didn’t even matter. It’s honestly disappointing, and I don’t trust their service anymore. I’m not planning to use this app again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects good customer service.
