I think they have problem with their existing management. It happened twice, the shopper asked me to keep extra money with him because he didn’t have exact exchange and that they don’t know how to use the app to add the money directly so they need to ask the noknok management to do so. And they didn’t add them to the app wallet. The first time I called and they handled it after support and management call and …. The second time , they ignored me :) So if you are using this app, watch out not to leave any $ in your wallet through their shoppers which makes me wonder how and who they recruit and is it safe to deal with their shoppers and open the door for them
Bad customer service and high prices

Im a regular at noknok, I have been ordering for more than 2 years I recon. Customer support is outrageous, barely any response, and if they are ever going to respond its not going to be less than 2 days. I ordered using my visa once and it bugged, I canceled the order and ordered again, they took my money twice and till now they are neither responding to chats nor calls. I have been trying to reach them for a while, and the prices too are incredibly high, noknok was an amazing app, I dont know what happened to them but greed certainly got to them. You lost my respect.
