Design a unique place of your own! In Papo City Builder, use the five elements: architect, road, water, electricity and wind, you will get tons of combinations out of them. Experiment the combination of the 5 elements! You could create homes, hospitals, schools, mountains, lakes, highways, shops, gardens and almost everything you want to have in your little world. Try as many combinations as possible to unlock more than 70 buildings. You could zoom in and out to check your design!
