App does not work properly

i basically live there, great food and amazing service! but many stuff should be fixed...
-the app has a lot of bugs when it loads
-the notes on the check out page have a limit and it’s annoying
- a lot of options should be added on the app
- the progress page in the loyalty page needs a renovation because it doesn’t even work
- you need to make sure the delivery option doesn’t work in closing hours because we might lose credits for nothing

App not working properly

Roadster is one of my favorite places to eat at with very good and high quality food, but, the app does not live up to the expectations of quality that you should have. When I try to spin the wheel it doesn’t not let me spin it and it only shows error. I showed it to the manager at roadster and he asked to to uninstall and reinstall but it did not help. After that he did not know what to do so he left. I want to be able to spin the wheel to win prizes especially Christmas time because there are amazing gifts and rewards that I would like to win. But the app doesn’t let me spin and only shows error even though I am on the latest 2.0.0 version. Recently I stopped going to roadster as a result of this as I mostly go to spin the wheel and win prizes.

Disappointing app

At first, i want to say that roadster diner is the best diner in lebanon. However the app does not live up to the standards. Too many bugs. First it did not recognize my hero loyalty card, it showed that it was challenger level with 0 points. After i contacted the customer support they were able to reset it.
Second, i tried to pay through my loyalty card at one of the outlets, and the app did not work as it is supposed to, even with the help of the floor manager, and a waitress. I ended up paying in cash and loosing any loyalty points that i should have gained.
And third , it seems that once u activate the app using a loyalty card, the card is deactivated, and you can only redeem points by scanning the bill and paying through the app, if it works!
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
