Just like other peer-to-peer apps the pharmacy requests the services of other users that will cover their staffing needs. Just create your account, choose the areas you are willing to work at and wait for the notifications to come in. It doesn’t matter if you are fully employed and want to make some extra money on your day off or just looking to work a few hours a week, RPh Now is free for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with no hidden charges or fees. You just have to accept a shift and show up!
