This enhancement allows for more accurate and detailed feedback.

2. Reply on Feedback with Supported Documents (Support Team)
Support team members can now respond to feedback with attachments.
Supported documents include PDFs, images, and other relevant files to assist in resolving user issues.

3. Knowledge Base to Help Users with Appture
Introduction of a comprehensive Knowledge Base.
Provides detailed articles, FAQs, and step-by-step guides to help users maximize their use of Appture.
