The alert app makes it possible to connect mobile user to the Serinus alert and crisis management platform. According to a defined set of rules, Serinus transmits notifications quick and reliable to the required persons and teams.
Through the confirmation function, the alert app receives a qualified feedback on the availability and response times of your teams and can initiate an automatic escalation, if necessary.
