Wrong data
Hi, after last update the offgrid inverter is giving me “export to grid” power while it’s import from grid; with many other minor issues... daily charging and discharging power is totaly wrong. I waited a month and still no fix for this issue this is why i am reporting it. Thank you, good equipment it work as it should but we expect higher standards with logger made by growatt... actually this is why i buy growatt.....
Data logger not showing
After i did an update the data disappeared from the app i can’t see live data anymore and as per the app the logger is connected and online can you please help with this issue i tried contacting support by i am not getting the OTP to register my phone number so i can’t send a message to support

Hi, the chart of power energy is not giving the accurate results in addition you cannot observe the difference in the lines of the solar production ,storage production, load consumption and import from grid , all of them appear in the same color, in the past and before the new update every line in this chart has a related color (yellow, green, purple and Aqua,) Thank you
