Please allow me to thank you deeply for your great service. I doubted initially Simly and was hesitant to participate, then I said it is a little risk so why not. Then I did not trust that someone will help me and stay with me online!! Congratulations indeed and thank you much for all your support. You are simply amazing and provided true customer service. They stayed with me for more than 30 minutes trying to figure out and help me technically. Highly recommended and truly magic service. I visited Turkey from Lebanon and I am now enjoying Simly supper service 3G 🌹🙏🏻

Even 1 star is too much. I travelled one month ago to France and I bought an Esim. Actually, it didn’t work so I contacted them and they told me that they will see what’s the problem. One day later, I contacted them to ask them if they knew what’s the problem so they told me “no”. I asked for a refund and they accepted. Few days later, they didn’t sent the whole amount. They only sent 2€. So I informed them and they told me that it’s a technical issue and they will send the rest later. Today, one month later, I didn’t receive anything. I won’t contact them anymore to ask for the rest because it’s not about the amount, it’s about the way they are treating the customers. I would like to mention that I bought another Esim from another application and it worked (just to insist that the problem is not from my phone).

I heard a lot about Simly over social media. I was reluctant at first. I needed reliable data for an online interview that I was going to perform abroad. So I decided to give a try and it did not disappoint! It started working seamlessly and provided me with lots of comfort. So work worked in two cities in Europe! On to the next! Finally and good and easy way to stay connected instantaneously it does not feel like you lost connection when you traveled! It delivers what it promises!
