3D SCANNING

PORTABLE: A portable scanner that offers great flexibility during the scanning process and is easy to take along when visiting patients remotely.

ACCURATE: All geometries, variables and irregularities of the patient’s limb are scanned with a 1mm accuracy in less than a minute

AI-BASED: The scan data is instantly reviewed by our AI-based software, which enhances the data and automatically corrects imperfections in the scan

DIGITAL STORAGE: The patient’s 3D scan is stored in your cloud storage and can always be consulted for reimbursement justification and for device replacements or repairs



3D MODELLING

EASY TO USE: The Spentys software lets you design the orthosis directly on the patient’s scan through an easy-to-use digital interface.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT: The Spentys platform allows you to monitor the production status of your patient’s orthoses in real-time.

TRACEABILITY: If you take care of production yourself, it gives you the possibility to have traceability for all your prints: What printer was used, What spool was used, What material was used, When the print was launched and finished, etc.

- Comb integration
- New Slotted Hole closing system.
- Closing Systems level UI improvements : instead of separate buttons, now there is a dropdown menu for the selection of the desired closing system.
- Increase max Beltloop Length to 55mm.
- Beltloop Length now takes into account the thickness (i.e. by inputting 25mm the clear space for the strap will be the very same size, before if was size - thickness).
- Draggable Thumb trimline in AutoForma: for templates with thumb immobilisation there is now the possibility to easily edit the trimline of the interphalangeal immobilisation by dragging one single node. The trimline is constrained to be always planar.
- Closing Systems "Mushroom Pin" now renamed to "Pin".
- More safety margin for placement rivet holes: distance to boundaries set to 5mm from border to border: distance hole to hole is now detected and the placement is allowed only if distance is bigger than 5mm.
- Thumb circumference visualiser updates when stepping back: In modeling for thumb immobilisation (free and auto Forma) the visualisation of the thumb circumference was not correctly updated when stepping back. Bug fixed.
- Forma: limit push/pull at the sculpt level set to 15mm.
- Forma: default brush diameter in freeforma set to 20mm.
- AutoForma Editor Step: Added new selection functionality for alveoli patterns which allows the user to display the pattern configuration panel by clicking on the alveoli themselves.
- AutoForma Editor Step: added a switch to exclude / include the alveoli of all patterns from the splint geometry. It can be used in case the user wants to quickly make a splint with no alveoli.
- AutoForma Editor Step: simplified the controls of the configuration for alveoli pattern: removed the radius slider as it was redundant with density slider. The user can achieve the same results by having simpler controls.
