SuperDokan Shopping 4+

It was my first time i buy from the shop, was referred by a friend. I ordered powdered milk (7 bags) in addition to other canned food. It seems during delivery the bags got ripped out and 4 bags of powdered milk were opened.
I opened the delivery box 4 days after delivering them and seeing them i thought i lost my money and they wont return them back to fix the issue. Since you know our online credibility is not that high in Lebanon.
But surprisingly, this store proved me otherwise. I had a great follow-up. Mustafa, customer service officer, was super professional and friendly. And my problem was solved in matter of days.
They apologized for the inconvenience caused and another delivery was sent to me for new closed bags and i exchanged the four bags to better ones.
This store will be my reference from now on :)

Feedback is based on many orders, various products . Delivery is never late, with a tracking nbr. Concerning the prices, they are not volatile despite the ongoing crisis. Different brands from each category are available. Getting to the unique customer service, you are always followed by a polite lady called « Libia », she solves your problem smoothly, never get mad when you call for help, and if you want to modify your order manually, it takes her a few seconds.

SuperDokan app has a great variety of products. From cosmetics that are authentic and always priced lower than any other store to clothes shoes and house supplies. I issued an exchange for my order and was helped by the kindest employee , she helped me from the beginning up until my order was at the doorstep her name is Sawsan .
