Urban Company (Prev UrbanClap‪)‬ 4+

Wasn’t expecting much as I had tried various other companies and was disappointed ..
I downloaded the app and they call to ask if 2 ladies instead of one can come so we would finish faster ...
Lili and Tina came and they were great. Fast processional polite and actually listened to what I needed to get done.
So relieved .. Thank you so much.

After recent updates it became very annoying to use the app: 1) if i buy a monthly bundle, I now have to redeem each visit voucher manually. I was expecting a cleaning lady to come a week after the first visit (as usual), and noone came. Apparently I had no booking. Now I have to wait for 8 days to get a neew booking. 2) i cannot book all 4 visits in advance. If i want someone to come to my house every Tuesday, I have to wit for an appointment and manually make a new one after the visit is done. It means, I cannot rely that the same lady can come to my place every Tuesday- very disappointing. 3) the application is very unpractical by all means. I cannot see who came previous time if I already redeemed new voucher 4) upcoming bookings are always empty a very confusing. If the app won’t be improved (or at least returned back how it was) - i am leaving. It took me 20 minutes clicking back and forth to understand if I have an existing booking. I had to cal the call center to learn that I do not have any. And it was soooooo confusing to make a new booking. Waste of my time. And I am very frustrated by the experience. It is 2023 now. If you cannot manage a simple app with booking appointments- you must act immediately and change whoever made this mess in this user UNfriendly application

I booked an appointment for cleaning service at 1 pm and 10 minutes before the appointment they call me and tell me the maid canceled because shes not feeling well! They wasted my time and kept me waiting till last minute to tell me. If someone is not feeling well they don't wait 10 minutes before the appointment to tell the customer. And then they have the audacity to call me and tell me that if i want i can reschedule for after tomorrow! I mean i really don’t know what to say that is totally unbelievable. Anyways won’t book ever again, there’s hundreds of other apps that I'm sure have better customer service!
