Good morning, my whatsapp business is always crashing while am trying to link it from another device. I have the latest version of phone and whatsapp and even though it’s still crashing.

The picture in picture feature was great for video calls on whatsapp when you exit the app to use another one at the same time but for some reason it stopped working in the new update.The app works fine but when on power saving it starts lagging.Sometimes when a person calls while listening to a voice note the app suddenly starts using the upper speaker as the default one and you have to restart the app to make it work.

When my WhatsApp business used to crash I used to close it then reopen it and the messages would come in a shape of (waiting for this message…) but with this new update it doesn’t work and it stays crashed for a while please please return this feature because it was really good on both WhatsApp messenger and business. It helped me a lot back then but when you removed it I’m unable to use the app which makes me switch to other app to talk to people so PLEASE BRING IT BACKKKKKKKKK!!And thank you.
Quick replies not working on the last update

I cannot access quick replies on WhatsApp Business using my iPhone 8 Plus. They are visible in the tools but not available in the chat box.
