I have been using Whish since 2019 and it is really improving day by day. It went from an app which barely had recharge cards, to paying school tuitions (which made me paying my school tuition MUCH easier). I am so thankful to be happy a loyal Whish User. Keep it up Whish 👏
Dear WHISH I think you have to fix gab in your program ,
tried to delete my account change my phone number to my same account ID put in email to receive Verification to my account , I don’t want to receiv SMS to verify my account , I tried to delete the program and reinstall it ,I couldn’t so basically my account Connected only to my phone number , but maybe I want to change my phone number so I cannot change my account ID to my new number or I cannot change my information I have to have my phone number forever maybe I lost it Or I change my Country , so I recommend to use email address at the first Choice , second phone number , “WHISH gave the user a Choice “ so basically your security to the program is weak , and special when the employees have access to all the Account so they can withdraw any amount of money when they want it just like what happened with me last time .
QR Payment Integration for Stores
One feature that I would love to see implemented is QR payment integration for stores and supermarkets. In today's digital era, QR payments have become increasingly popular and convenient. They offer a seamless and contactless payment experience,
By incorporating QR payments into Whish app , you would provide users with a comprehensive solution for their payment needs. Whether it's purchasing groceries at a supermarket or making a payment at a local store, hotels etc.. having the ability to scan QR codes would streamline the process and enhance the overall user experience.
I believe that integrating QR payments into whish app would position it as a versatile and forward-thinking solution for both users and businesses.
