◯このアプリは、Moff Bandと合わせて使用します。
◯このアプリの使用にあたっては、「モフトレHome」専用の利用キットが必要です。
◯このアプリの使用にあたっては、最初の画面でIDとパスワード入力によるログインが必要になります。
◯このアプリは、Moff BandとBluetooth Smart (Bluetooth 4.0 LE)で接続して使用します。
モフトレHomeは、一般高齢者や疾患を持つ訪問看護を受ける高齢者向けの、疾患・部位・姿勢別の
在宅でのトレーニング・プログラムです。
Moff Bandは腕や足に装着するウェアラブル端末で、3Dモーションセンサーを活用します。
高齢者の疾患や改善させたい部位に応じて１２０種以上のトレーニングから適切な選択ができ、
Moff Bandを装着することで回数や関節可動角度を計測、記録できる、今までにない在宅での
トレーニングサービスです。
