• Include placeholders like Fiscal Start Year, or Transaction Year in transaction number prefixes, and configure a reset preferences if required.
• Associate unique numbers to your customers and vendors.
• Introducing the flexibility to change the address format according to your preferences.
• We've added the 'I have received the payment' option on the invoice creation page. You can check this option if you've received payment for the invoice you're creating and record the payment from the invoice creation page.
• Apply discounts at the line-item level in transactions when price lists are associated.
• Introducing m-pesa payment gateway in the Kenya edition.
• Mark items as VAT Exempt or Out of Scope in transactions. [UK Edition]
• The app now supports Arabic language, enhancing accessibility and usability for a broader audience.
• Include TCS amount in sales orders (India Edition)
• Associate branches to transactions like estimates, invoices and more. This feature is available for organizations in the Global, India, UK, Germany and GCC editions of Zoho Books.

Great Softwear for beginers

For any young person who is just starting up a business zoho books is the best for small business (I have compared and researched, its just like quicks but cheaper). right now i will start with the free version then upgrade latter on. The less fees and expenses one have the better for them and business. latter on after business start to settle then one can make that choice to upgrade to a price plan thats comfortable. Thank you zoho books for thinking of people like me. much appreciated.
