Several bugs have been resolved:
* Multi-line text fields in REPORT were not displayed correctly
* Creating new entries for documenting treatments in REPORT was not constrained to the appropriate type (treatment, medication)
* A very rare cause of crashes when switching to full-screen view of the LIVE tab has been fixed
