Bug report
I noticed a chameleon nearby. When I figured out its location it appeared on my screen. When I clicked the charmeleon to enter the catching screen, the top of phone gave a notification saying error and the charmeleon disappeared. The notification came on the screen in the same fashion that the " gps signal not found" notification comes up but just read "error". I am highly upset because this is the second time this Pokemon has appeared and I am not able to catch it. This time I was prepared with almost 30 pokeballs and almost 40 berries. And my opportunity was stolen from me by a glitch. I deserve to be compensated seeing that I actually invest money into buying coins. Even if it's just a chance to try and catch the Pokemon again. Please assist. I love this game and would not want to give it a bad review over a simple bug. i tried reporting the bug and still encountered a bug with sending bug reports. I am extremely upset because I am experiencing all these issues and I can't get a single place to report the issue. This is horrible customer service and I want action done about it immediately. There is no way to post the bug on your support page not on ur Facebook page or even in game. It's like y'all wanna take our money and not help our problems.
