On a quest to avenge your fallen lord, you’ll have to venture alone into the midst of your enemies, all armed to the teeth. Attack, block and defeat them with your sword. Take out all the enemies in a stage to move on to the next, which brings a fresh wave of enemies and challenge.
Against such powerful enemies, you’ll have to pull a few tricks out of your sleeves if you’re not to be overwhelmed. Use a well-timed Counter Flash to launch a quick attack, and block your opponent’s attacks to lower their Posture Bar. When their Posture Bar reaches zero, they’ll be unable to move, leaving them open to your strikes. Haven’t quite got the moves down? Try practice mode, where you can hone your skills against opponents you’ve already met.
If you’re defeated in combat, you’ll have to start afresh from the first stage. Use the gold coins you’ve earned in your battles to upgrade your attack power. They can be useful, especially if you get stuck in higher levels. In addition, you can also change and enhance your equipment.
The path of a samurai is hard, but when you hone your techniques and defeat your enemies, the sense of satisfaction makes it all worth it.
