Description
小配接单使用者为接单员，用于平台的日常接单。
主要流程：用户下单 --> 接单师傅收到订单推送，进行抢单 --> 完成订单
涉及到的权限：消息推送（推送订单消息）、获取接单员位置（分享位置让用户知道订单的轨迹）、后台背景音乐播放（订单推送通知，提示接单员有新的订单）、应用后台运行（接单员配送订单过程中会切换到地图app去导航，此时需要监听接单员的位置提供给订单、背景音乐提示是否有新的订单通知）
