I highly recommend this app to anyone! Filing a claim is so easy and convenient, and I always get my reimbursement quickly. I love that I can do it all from my phone, without having to call my agent or fill out any paperwork. This app has saved me so much time and stress.
Best service and User friendly app
First time in Srilankan Insurance industry I have seen this app and it’s very user friendly , fast and efficient. It was a great experience. Keep it up Amana takaful 👏🏻
Worst app I ever see
App doesn’t see any detai. When I called hotline and ask about this it’s Sunday and no one there to answer my question. My question was inside app i didn’t see anything. I sign in via ID and mobile number but app doesn’t generate any information. Then I again uninstalled app and try to sign in via policy number but that was unsuccessful. I wanted to admit into hospital but no one here to answer any of my question.
