Terrible app

Unable to auto connect e8 earbuds to the phone when turned on and doesn’t have much functionality as an app for the price paid for the earbuds. Paid US$250 for the e8 earbuds and disappointed thoroughly with the functionality and ease of use.

Hi Gihan! We are sorry to hear that you are unable to automatically connect your Beoplay E8 to your mobile phone. To assist you further, once taken out of the charging case, please tap the right earbud to switch your E8 on. It should then automatically connect to the nearest Bluetooth device that it was paired to. If not connecting to your mobile phone, please check that it is not perhaps connecting to another device.
