Bug found

Hi developer,

At the beginning I didn’t enter my land phone number. Then after I went to edit profile and then enter the land number. Then I clicked save. Then unexpectedly it shows ‘password cahnged successfully’ message. I didn’t touched the change password. After all the land phone number didn’t show on my profile.

Useless app

Even though you have stated that both my previous issues have been fixed promptly, No one even sighted the place and the issue remains unresolved to date. Whom are you trying to impress by putting up misleading updates. Yes, this might not be the platform to report street light issues but as a paying customer I have reported an issue and CEB has received same, so if CEB has the genuine need to serve the public - regardless of how the complaint was received , they should have been up their toes. You may just be the messenger ... then do your job - pass it on ..

Your both complains were promptly resolved. Seems you have incorrect complaint type, app doesn't have provision to report street light issues. Thanks.

Very Poorly Designed

Wasted 15 minutes trying to use this app.
When trying to register an account, the keyboard blocks the fields at the bottom. In other apps this isn’t an issue as you can scroll the page but not in this case. I had to use a password manager to fill in the bottom fields automatically because the 2 fields that were blocked happened to be the password fields.
After creating the account, I discover that there is no demand or power cut schedule visible.
