Customer care is Zero! ❌
In app or website there’s no any way to contact administration. There was a small chat icon called online chat. But nobody replying. I have tried 2, 3 times. and after I found a number via google. That one also no one answering. However I have order a somethings before 3 weeks ago! But it’s not deliver yet! Foreign online shopping centers also sending there packages in 3, or 4 weeks! But Daraz unable to send a package from Colombo to Bandarawela in 3 weeks! 🤮
THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
I’ve never been so disappointed on any other online shopping service. Daraz is totally reckless and irresponsible. I had to keep calling you for about almost two weeks to get the delivery done. And then finally the product arrived with less tools in the pack. Are you guys bargaining or selling the parts of electronics separately?? I had to keep calling for another week asking to enable the return button. Then the return button appeared after two weeks saying it’s expired. I’m totally disappointed on your service guys. You don’t even have a friendly customer care service. YOUR SERVICE IS POOR FROM TOP TO BOTTOM! You better do what you do properly or quit. We people can’t keep on wasting our time and money on cheap and irresponsible companies like yours. I’ve never made such a criticizing comment on any other service. But you guys deserve it!
Disappointing customer experience.
Daraz Online Shopping The product that was delivered to me was not the item that was there in the listing. Had to wait for over a week to get the item delivered and when it came, it was not the one that I ordered. When I called the customer support, they said that the product I wanted will take several weeks to be procured, so they sent another item instead without informing me. Doesn’t the site match with the stocks that Daraz has in inventory? The only option that remains as I was informed was for the product to be returned and refund the purchase.
No reliability at all when purchasing from Daraz, when asked around from friends they too have had similar experiences. Not recommending Daraz for any purchases. Disappointing customer experience.
