Features being up to date to upgrade the performance of the application as well as the convenience of the users of it, is commendable.
“If some works on speed and enhanced performance could be provided with uninterrupted signal strength, would be really beneficial- that’s something for the tech team, I suppose”.

Hi, Your concern related to Any time and Night time data is mainly based on the package that you select. As an internet provider we have enabled different plans to suit your requirements. From any time only data to Unlimited plans. Please select the plan suits the best for you. Trust you can give a 5 star rating after selecting a best plan for you.

Extremely Disappointed with the 10th Anniversary Update

I've been a loyal user of the MyDialog app for years, and I couldn't have been more excited when the 10th-anniversary update was announced. However, the reality has been a major letdown.

The app now seems to be stuck in an eternal loop of splash screens and loading screens, never actually allowing me to access any of its features. As someone who relies heavily on this app for my mobile connection, this is beyond frustrating.

The MyDialog app used to be a lifesaver for checking my current bill amount, monitoring my mobile data quota, and activating data plans with ease. Now, I'm left in the dark, unable to manage my account efficiently.

I cannot stress enough how crucial it is for a user to have a functional mobile app for their mobile connection needs. It's not just a matter of convenience; it's a necessity in today's digital age. The inability to access these features disrupts my daily life and makes me question the reliability of this service.

I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and work on resolving these issues promptly. Otherwise, loyal users like me might have no choice but to explore alternatives that offer the essential functionality we rely on.

Please, MyDialog, bring back at least the functionalities we relied on for so long.

Can you roll back to 16.5.0 please!

My dialog app has been slow and lagging since the first day no matter what device you use. (Tested on 14 pro) I don’t know what the developers are doing with it but that is the truth.
The UI looks good but the UX part of the app is so bad and after the update 16.5.1 I can’t even add a connection, the NIC validation works when adding a connection and if everything is correct the progress spinner shows up and closes after some time and nothing happens, no success message or error message, and the new connection doesn’t even get added.
I am sure I the current mobile application that I am developing is far better and faster compared to this dialog application. (Not to mention that I am still an intern) maybe they should change the development team.
