Much better than the original app. Has come a long way. Easier to login with email. Still a bit difficult to reset the password though. Much better UX flow. Icons can be bigger so touch inputs are easier for the user. Very few crashes compared with older version. Stability is also good. Only big issue is with home page where it is a bit stuffed with options and some of it is way smaller for touch input.

Not like before, dominos customer service is the one of worst service in food companies. Today I put an order and waited 1.30 hours for it. At that time still it shows “being baked”. And after I called to the call center they said hang on some minutes and waited 5-10 minutes on-line to get replied. After that they said order had a wrong address and it’s cancel by them. After that also still my app shows my adress correctly and its “being baked” situation. Thing is if there systems were that bad at least they need to say “sorry” for to customers besides of complaining to customers. If I put it through a card payment then they will not refund it also according to this. So think twice before choosing dominos.Very disappointed

I placed my first order through the Domino’s Sri Lanka app, and it was a complete letdown. Despite the app boldly claiming a “30-minute delivery guarantee,” my order took 1.5 hours to arrive. Even worse — the order wasn’t even being prepared until I called and complained. It turns out they had no idea an order had been placed until I contacted them.So I have to ask: What exactly is the 30-minute guarantee for? Just a slogan? If customers have to remind you to prepare and deliver the order, then the app and the entire system need serious fixing. Terrible first impression, and I honestly don’t feel like ordering again unless these issues are addressed.

I had a very bad experience using this app. I ordered a pizza, and after completing the payment, the order was cancelled,but the full amount was still deducted from my account. I contacted customer service right away, and they assured me the refund would be processed within 7 days. Now it’s been almost 3 months, and I still haven’t received any refund. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but no one takes responsibility or provides any proper help. This is not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable. Poor service, irresponsible support, and a frustrating experience overall. I strongly advise others to be very careful before using this app.
