Worst customer service app.
Biggest disappointment in my life opening a bank account with this bank, no customer care, no response to customer queries. They close complaints they open complaints but customer has no idea what they do, my overseas fund transfer is pending for a month now and bank just do what ever they want, no customer consent taken. No reason given why previous complaints were closed. Worst banking system ever. Do not download the app they just keep you waiting and waiting. Go to a branch they will not take you serious.
