Good App
It makes my life easy.
I don't have clear visibility about transactions waiting for approval in my credit card. They are displayed as a sum of all waiting transactions. But I wd like to see more details about waiting transactions before they get approved.
Need a Major Update for UX
Every time we tap a link it takes a couple of seconds to load. To log on, check balance, and even going back. This is very annoying.
If you accidentally tap a wrong button (it’s very likely, given the buttons and tabs are quite small), it takes about five seconds to get to the place we actually wanted to go. This should be optimized. Five seconds is a pretty long time for an app to operate nowadays.
It seems like each and every tap loads something not once, but twice or trice. The loading circle rotates, stops, and then rotates again. This is bad UX.
Compared to the other banking apps, I can’t rate this above 2 stars.
Makes life a lot easy
This is a great app, which allows me to manage most of my personal finances whenever I desire.
There are couple of things which would make this even greater.
1. Allow to manage the payees list from the app. i.e. to allow new payees, etc.
2. Make the transaction take effect a lot quicker. Currently it takes 1 to 2 working days. (but this concern is not specific to the app) Most other banks updates or do the transaction/bill payment immediately.
3. Make previous account statements available from the app as well (to download or at least view).
Again this is something that has made my life a lot easy and hope it keeps improving as well.
